“Miriam’s classes have changed me in ways I never expected. I came for the yoga, but what I found was a deeper connection with myself. For the first time in a long time, I feel at home in my own body.”
– Mark G.
Who am I?
Hari Om, I am Miri!
I started yoga, as many of us, on an on and off, on and off basis – until it turned on for good. I remember my first class thinking: “What is this?“… 5 years of teaching later, I still ask myself the same question.
As a seeker rather than a believer, my aim is to create a room for us to seek together and explore the What-is-this‘s and Who-am-I‘s of life.
Trained 800+ hrs by teachers from Rishikesh for Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Pregnancy Yoga, I have been teaching for six years and am now focusing more deeply on pre- and postnatal yoga, Soundhealing and Sankhya philosophy.
My focus is on authentic movement and a more intuitive approach to the practice. I’m here to guide, but my aim is for you to recognize the teacher within you.

... that we're all the same.
and for some we're angel and for others we're hell.
that our fights are the same and that we can interchange the roles so easily throughout life.
that death comes in small portions.
that life comes in small portions too.
that loneliness kills.
that we need each other.
that we're deprived of love.
that we don't always understand nor recognize love.
that love has an expiry date.
and that it really, really doesn't.
that pain separates us.
but that really, it connects us... more than anything.
that pain is glue.
me and you.
get to know me
As Within, So Without
Ths principle guides much of my work. Just as the body and mind are reflections of the greater universe, our individual journeys are part of a larger interconnected whole. By turning inward, we find clarity, healing, and transformation, but this inner work also ripples outward—into our relationships, communities, and the world at large. I strive to cultivate an environment where students can explore these connections, experiencing firsthand the unity of the microcosm and the macrocosm. Because in the end, we are not separate. We are one.
Trusting Your Self and Your Body
At the heart of my teaching is the belief that yoga is a journey back to yourself. My mission is to guide students toward trusting their bodies and making their minds their allies rather than their obstacles. Through movement, breath, and self-inquiry, I wish to hold space for you to reconnect with their own wisdom.
While I am here to support and guide, my greatest joy is when students no longer need me—when they stand fully in their own power, embodying the practice beyond the mat and into their lives.

Honoring the Roots of Yoga
Yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a rich tradition deeply woven with philosophy, mantra, breathwork, and energetic principles. In my classes, I incorporate elements like bandhas, pranayama, and dharma talks. It is essential to me that we honor yoga’s origins – rather than reducing it to a Westernized fitness routine.
Understanding where these practices come from allows us to approach them with respect and depth, rather than as a trend or a tool for self-optimization. Yoga is a sacred tradition, and I believe in sharing it with integrity.
Becoming More Human in the Age of AI
As technology and artificial intelligence continue to reshape our world, one of the most radical things we can do is reconnect—to ourselves, to each other, and to what it truly means to be human. AI is pushing us toward a deeper understanding of our own essence, and I see yoga as a pathway to strengthening our human bonds.
Beyond my classes, I focus on building a community—not just among students but also among fellow yoga teachers, sound healers, and facilitators. Together, we can create spaces where real connection flourishes even more… where we can share, support, and grow.
