Terms & Conditions for aumiri

1. General Information
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by aumiri, including yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and sound baths.
1.2 By booking or attending a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 All classes, workshops, and retreats must be booked in advance.
2.2 Payments must be made before the session unless otherwise agreed.
2.3 Retreats and workshops may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Private & Group Classes:
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3.2 Workshops & Retreats: - Deposits are non-refundable unless the retreat is canceled by the organizer.
- Full refunds (minus the deposit) are available if canceled at least 30 days before the event.
3.3 If the teacher cancels a session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Liability & Health Disclaimer
4.1 By participating, you confirm that you are physically fit and understand the risks involved in yoga.
4.2 You agree that aumiri is not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or issues arising from the sessions.
4.3 If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, you must consult a doctor before attending classes.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Participants must respect the space, instructor, and fellow students.
5.2 The teacher reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
6. Corporate & Private Agreements
6.1 For corporate yoga, separate contracts may apply.
6.2 Self-employed teachers booking spaces or collaborating must have their own insurance.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
7.1 Personal data (e.g., email, phone number) is collected only for booking and communication purposes.
7.2 Data is never shared with third parties without consent.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
